Your files and quotes.

PartPacket is operated by BRAIN TRUST PRIVATE LIMITED (Singapore), as part of Fray. This page describes the quote router launched in October 2026.

What you send

We receive your part file, file name, chosen process, material, quantity and country code. Quote requests are sent to eligible connected fabrication providers. Currently those providers are Slant 3D, through its public MCP quoting interface, and Craftcloud, through its guest upload and pricing API. Only upload files you have permission to share with the provider.

What we keep

Part files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Request details, provider responses and estimates are stored in Cloudflare D1. Your quote access token is stored as a hash; keep your copy private. We do not expose uploaded files at public URLs. Craftcloud model identifiers and a hash of the file are cached for seven days to reuse one provider upload across quantities. Quote access expires after seven days; daily cleanup removes expired quote records and file copies, normally within a further day.

For rate limiting, we store a hash of the connecting IP address with a daily counter, removed during cleanup after two days. Cloudflare processes network requests as our hosting provider. We have not added advertising or third-party analytics to this site.

Review requests

If order review is available and you request it, we save your contact email, notes and selected quote, and send them to our review notification channel. These records are kept for up to 30 days, followed by daily cleanup. No payment data is collected and no production order is placed by these endpoints.

Provider copies

A provider receives your file to analyze and price it. Our cleanup applies to our copies; it does not delete a provider’s copy or change that provider’s policies. Review Slant 3D’s privacy policy and Craftcloud’s privacy policy before uploading sensitive designs. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information or designs subject to restrictions you cannot satisfy through this service.
