3D print price comparison: compare the whole estimate
The lowest printing subtotal does not always mean the lowest delivered cost. Compare the same file, material, quantity and destination, then check minimum production charges, service fees, shipping and tax.
A real quote example
On 19 October 2026, PartPacket’s live API quoted one spacer-plate-5mm.stl fixture in black PLA, FDM, millimeter units, shipped to the US. These are historical estimates, not current offers.

All amounts are USD. Tax is excluded. Craftcloud shipping was a country-level estimate, with final address and tax subject to review. Slant shipping was unknown, so this table cannot establish which option had the lowest delivered price. Production time excludes carrier transit.
Why a small part can have a larger minimum charge
The 3D Pros result included a $14.56 minimum production fee inside its provider subtotal. PartPacket uses the confirmed cart breakdown rather than displaying a raw line price that omits that minimum. Do not add the minimum again.
